Positive thinking is a mental and emotional attitude that focuses on the bright side of life and expects positive results. A person with positive thinking; who mentality anticipates happiness , health and success. Also he   believes that he or she can overcome any obstacle and difficulty. Positive thinking just means that; your approach to unpleasantness in a more positive and productive way. You can think the best;   is going to happen, not the worst. Positive thinking often starts with self-talk . An   endless stream of unspoken thoughts that run through your head is called as self talk. These automatic thoughts can be positive or negative. Self-talk must be  come from logic and reason. It is never   from misconceptions with lack of information.
